We stayed at Arc en Ciel the week of Christmas with 2 adults and 2 children aged 12 & 14. We had two adjoining rooms. Second stay at Les Karellis, where we particularly appreciate the family spirit. Very good value for money for this full-board formula: real holidays for parents too! The staff at Arc en Ciel is very friendly and does everything to make your stay pleasant. Special mention to Alain for the sport and the ski outings, very appreciated!

We have been coming for 5 years and we are still not tired. on the contrary, the catering is constantly improving with a variety of dishes, regional cheeses, quality meats, all prepared with lots of flavor. The breakfast is perfect with sweet / savory and hot and crispy pastries. What to find fault???…….NOTHING! Residence in immaculate condition with redone rooms and the joy of sleeping under the duvet. The atmosphere of the village: a smiling and available manager, attentive to customers. All the ingredients are there to offer holidaymakers a pleasant stay. What to find to say??? ….NOTHING. But yes a remark; we recommend everyone a stay at Arc en Ciel. Happy holidays to all.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks at Arc en Ciel, with a very warm welcome from the director of Christiane, Laure, Maude and Pascale who were always available and pleasant. The rooms are clean, very functional, well equipped: cupboards, TV, very good bedding, the toilets are separated from a well-heated bathroom. If necessary , the towels are changed in the middle of the week . Varied catering for all tastes, fast service with professional staff. Hotel at the foot of the slopes and icing on the sun and beautiful snow cake during the 2 weeks. A warm thank you to the entire Arc en CIEL team. To March 2020.

Departure from the Arc en Ciel residence at the beginning of the afternoon and this year again we enjoyed ourselves (in every sense of the word) during this stay! The reception team is as always at the top! We got to know Clément and Papa Ours this year at the animation (yes —) and there again, nothing but happiness! The food is like the wait staff = a delight! Last but not least = the before + after ski sessions and the discovery outings of the ski area with Alain not to be missed (all in a friendly atmosphere where everyone, whatever their level, finds their place! ). For a few years this place has given rhythm to our year and allows us to meet up with friends who are geographically distant. The layout of the premises is ideal with a ski start at the foot of the slope and the staff took great care of us. the “plus” of the ski accompaniment makes us come back faithfully and the dates have already been taken for next year.

We had a great week at Arc en Ciel, quality service, super friendly staff, it feels like home 😉 We eat very well, there too they are attentive and very caring. Bravo to Ben and his team 👍 The best thing about the hotel is the accompaniments with Alain, the muscle awakening in the morning and the stretching in the evening, above all don't miss it because it feels so good.
