GENERAL CONDITIONS 2020-2021

TO REGISTERY

You must send your registration directly to the village, accompanied by a deposit check payable to “Arc en Ciel Les Karellis” .

ADHESION

The stays in the village Arc en Ciel are open to all, provided they have joined the Association. Membership is required when you first register for a stay. It is valid from 1st November 2020 to 31st October 2021. Your invoice shows your membership number and serves as a membership card. The amount of the membership has been set for this year 8 € for individuals, 16 € for families, and 2 € per person for groups (maximum 60 € per group)

PARTICIPATION FEES

Published fees, subject to error or omission, are indicative and have been calculated on the basis of the rates established on 1 April 2020. They are likely to be subject to variations in the event of economic fluctuations, changes in exchange rates or changes in prices Served as a basis for their establishment (transport, accommodation, change VAT rates …)

All stays are to be paid in full before arrival.

  • Verification to the acceptance of the stay: the deposit to be paid are fixed at 30% of the stay + membership + cancellation insurance.
  • Resolution of stay to be paid 4 weeks before your arrival, without a reminder from us.
  • Each payment must be accompanied by the r Reference clearly indicating: invoice number, name, date of departure. Your check will be made out to “Arc en Ciel Les Karellis” .

CHEQUES VACANCES

Arc en Ciel is approved as a service provider with the National Agency of Chèque Vacances (A.N.C.V.). You can pay the amount of your stay, in part or in full, using this formula. Holiday vouchers are accepted in payment of your deposit.

HOLIDAY VACANCES

Les bonsvacances are accepted in payment of your stay. They must be sent to the village as soon as possible. They can not be accepted in payment of your deposit.

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATIONS

If you did not subscribe cancellation insurance and that you do not accept (even in case of force majeure), we will apply the following clauses:

  • More than 3 months before the beginning of the stay: the deposit will be returned.Only 3 months and 30 days before the beginning of the stay: we keep the deposit paid.
  • Between 30 and 8 days before the beginning of the stay: we keep 66% of the amount of the stay .

Less than 8 days before the beginning of the stay: we keep the total amount of the stay.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE A cancellation insurance is offered. It must be subscribed at the time of registration and no later than one month before the start of the stay. Its cost is 18 € per person. Package of 61 € for a family of 5. Consult us to know the conditions of application and exclusion of the garantie.

MODIFICATION OF STAY

Our tariffs are understood at a flat rate: any modification of the duration of the stay or the number of people registered in question our agreement and may be cancellation of the stay under the conditions set out above. Any stay cut short, meals not consumed on the day of arrival and departure or during the stay can not give rise to refund. Arc en Ciel reserves the right to modify certain services in terms of catering and / or entertainment depending on weather conditions or an insufficient number of participants.

INSURANCES

We have subscribed for you and included in the price of the stay a liability insurance (RC) guaranteeing the flights of personal effects resulting solely from the break-in the housing you occupy in the village; are excluded: theft of jewelry and cash.In no case the Village Management can not be held responsible for losses, theft, damage and damage to personal items that would not be his professional responsibility, inside or outside the installation.

A YOUR LOAD

You have the room at your disposal during your stay.

CAUTION

A deposit of 50 € will be requested upon arrival and returned at the time of departure, provided that the room, as well as the equipment, be left as is. This guarantee also covers the loans of games and books, etc …

ANIMALS

The legislation in force does not authorize us to accept the animals in the villages.

RESPONSIBILITY

Arc en Ciel reserves the right, if the circumstances require it (strikes, bankruptcies, bad weather, political events, fortuitous incidents), in the interest of the participants, to modify the contents and the course of the stays. It can not be held responsible for delays, flights, accidents beyond its control that could not be directly attributed to it. The fact of registering for one of our stays implies the acceptance of our general conditions of sale.
